It seems that my Eve Online “addiction” has jumped over to other people as well. As I’m writing this post I’m in a mining operation with my brother. Grinding some money so to speak. Mining isn’t exactly my sort of thing, I’m more of a “pew-pew” mission person, but my brother’s character is very young so I’m helping him out with mining and hauling.
But that’s not all, my dad has taken some interest in it as well, and is currently trying out the 14 day trial. So with some luck there will be even more company for me while I play Eve Online. Other than that things are going quite slow for my character, skill wise he is concentrating on his battleships skills for now, but I’m thinking about getting an assault ship/interceptor for some pvp fun.
Anyone else out there play Eve? If so, comment and we could meet up, and do a mining or a mission op.

A family business eh! Nice to see that you’re having fun and sharing that with your brother and dad. I don’t have a brother and I don’t think that either my dad or sisters would ever start playing EVE.
Maybe you should start up a mining operations in low sec systems and trade it back to empire space to sell it! That way, you could take care of the PVP, your brother and dad could mine their hearts out!

Still too much of a chicken to travel into low sec really. And I spend most of my time running missions anyway, highend L3s and some L4s really pay quite well
Those are pretty intense mission levels, though you may not be running combat missions only. If you’re ever interested in joining a corp that flies in 0.0 sec systems then let me know!

Quite a good coincidence I suppose, since the corp I’m in currently has been falling apart for the last month or so, so I have been on the lookout for a corp that has easy 0.0 access. So will think about your offer.
Hmm, I think that’s quite lucky really, when I tried EVE my main gripe wasi didn’t know anyone and making friends for me was hard.
